The findings of a 2010 report prepared by Teresa A. Keenan PhD and released by AARP gives rise to the proposition that personal medical alarms may be the technology which helps satisfy the life preferences of a majority of the senior community.
One of the key findings of the report - Home and Community Preferences of the 45+ Population* - revealed that three quarters of participants strongly agreed what they really wanted to do was stay in their "current residence for as long as possible".
